Compressed Pattern was hired to stage two model units in this new live-work creative community located on the fringe of Portland’s Eastside. Because the project is nonprofit, Compressed Pattern developed an affordable staging solution for the developers by tapping into local furniture makers, vintage shops, and galleries to create an eclectic modern interior almost completely on consignment. In addition to staging, Compressed Pattern also created appliance, closet, and window covering upgrade packages for the sales team.
