The root of the design for this wine bar comes from the owner’s passion for mid-century modern design, and is specifically influenced by the works of Eero Saarinen. The interior finishes – walnut, concrete, cork, and aluminum – and organic shapes were inspired by his work, and contribute to the warmth and playfulness of this 700 ft2 space. An aluminum vestibule was designed to transport patrons from the street through the floor to ceiling windows and into the space. Inside you will experience soft golden lighting, intimate table seating, and an inviting small bar. Cheers!
