Case Study 0108 is a renovation concept for a home with one of the best views on Lake Oswego, originally built in 1960. To retain the right to a grandfathered setback, it is in the owner’s interest to preserve the majority of the existing house rather than build new. Our goal was to show how the house could be transformed from its dated appearance to a contemporary look and floor plan.
