Compressed Pattern assisted the Dussin Group to develop this new upscale-fast-casual restaurant concept which aims to allow diners to control the pace of their dining experience and also reduce the restaurant’s labor costs. Compressed Pattern designed a new model that meets the demands of the internal business goals while still presenting an upscale experience for diners. The interior styling of the restaurant is thematic Western and includes hand forged iron, hewn 100 year old fir timbers, and crafted saddle leather.
